A First Class Performing Arts graduate from the University of Visual and Performing Arts, she is an A-Grade SLBC singer and a multiple award winner, including Best Folk Singer and the Rising Star in Music award. She is known for her fusion of pop music with Sri Lankan and Indian influences, and she also focuses on social work, with a planned foundation dedicated to youth, arts, and mental health.
